3 Great Dive Watches For $600 or Less.

Good afternoon lads and ladies' I hope you have all had a wonderful thanksgiving and black Friday. We had a great thanksgiving day although it has been raining here in north Texas for a couple days. You wont catch me complaining though as the tanks most definitely need it. But we are here to discuss dive watches so Ill cut straight to it, today I am wearing my Seiko SRPG15J1. In my eyes a very odd turtle reference but I just love it, with its bi directional compass bezel.

Bulova MilShips

This list is in not particular order.

1) Bulova Mil-Ships (98A266) $550.00USD

This is an absolute beauty with a very cool history. This is a re take at a watch that was in design but inevitably would lose the contract for production, thus killing the watch. This iteration sticks to those roots with a clean and simple dial and bezel that will have you feeling like you are in the 1960s. This watch can hang with the best of them and would make a fine companion for those treks through the woods. This watch is right at the 600 USD mark but can be found for 550USD on Ebay with a quick search.

2) Squale Montauk 300m (MTK-11) $595.00USD'

If you haven't heard of Squale that's okay they only have been producing top tier watches and cases for almost 100 years. These French watches will make you want to smoke a cigarettes' and drink an espresso. This watch has that same 1960s vibes but with a little more aggressive bezel. This watch can be had on Islandwatch for 595 but id keep an eye out for these holiday deals that are to come.

3) CWC Quartz MK1 (RN300-MQM60) $550.00

I had to throw a quartz in the mix because why not, these are absolute tanks. Designed and utilized for British divers these tool watches are good to go. Extremely rugged and deadly accurate. Whether you are scuba diving in the Tumon Bay in Guam or chasing that buck on the Red River this guy will go toe to toe. I think that these watches are under the radar bangers that can be had for attainable prices. Besides being a quartz this is also the only one that does not share the same 1960s design ques. There is an option for the crown at the 3 or 9 position as well as date or no date options.

Three great tool watches to think about when deciding which diver you want next. They may even come down more with all the new releases for next year. Please let me know what divers you guys are looking to snag this holiday season.

Tune in next week for an in depth look at the Deep Eddy by Dufrane Watches out of Austin Texas.

Take it easy,
